The contact Centre is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
Tenants can report their repairs in one of three ways:

If you are reporting by text or e-mail we will need the address, details of the repair and a daytime telephone number. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient time for the repair to be carried out.
