Equalities and Diversity Action Plan

The attached Action Plan explains how we are going to deliver a fair service for all. It includes our equality objectives and the tasks that we need to complete in order to meet legal and best practice standards.

The Position Statement details where we are up to in achieving our plans. Both documents are works in progress and will be amended on a regular basis to reflect customer comment, improvements in our approach, and progress made in achieving the tasks that we have set ourselves.
