Neighbour nuisance and anti social behaviour causes suffering for people who are its immediate and near neighbours. It can range from serious acts or threats of violence and harassment to day-to-day incidents like leaving the bin in the wrong place or having an untidy garden.
Residents of our estates just want to get on with their everyday lives. We are here to help them do this.
We will provide help quickly to our residents who are suffering at the hands of troublemakers. We will be even quicker to deal with the troublemakers causing the problems.

What will we do now? (Response)
We will visit you within 3 working days of your contact. If the problem you report to us is urgent, initial contact, usually by phone, will be within 2 hours or the next working day if the incident happens outside office hours. Problems like untidy gardens or putting bins out in the wrong place can usually be resolved fairly easily. We will tell the person to tidy up the mess they have left or we will take action against them for breaching their tenancy agreement.
Unfortunately, some of our cases are not this straight forward. If the anti social behaviour is more serious – for example you are being harassed and abused – then we will to talk to you and investigate your claims.
