We are clear in our tenancy agreement that we will not tolerate racist anti social behaviour from our residents. Our residents’ responsibilities are:
"Not to cause or allow members of the tenant’s household or visitors to commit any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation against neighbours or other residents or visitors because of their age, colour, disability or illness, marital status, occupation, race, religion, sex or sexuality."
We will take legal action against any of our residents who carry out racist behaviour or allow people who are living with them or visiting them to carry out racist behaviour. If you would like details on our Anti Harassment Policy click here.
