Welcome to our recruitment microsite.
We are an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Wigan Council in April 2002 and have been assessed twice by the Housing Inspectorate as a 2 star good service. Our new Chief Executive, Ashley Crumbley, has been with us since June 2006 and has set high standards in customer service and employment.
Ashley has worked closely with the Board and key stakeholders to develop a clear vision for the future of the Company.
The Council's cabinet have agreed a new agreement for the Company to manage the housing stock and provide other services for a period of five years with a review after three.
The Management Team has recently reorganised to ensure we can deliver the new vision.
